Continuous Building Substitute Teacher - Frostick Elementary

Posting Period: August 12, 2026 - until filled

Start Date: 2026 - 2027 School Year

Rate of Pay: $150.00 per day (ESS Midwest, Inc.)

Croswell-Lexington Schools is seeking a regular daily building substitute teacher for Frostick Elementary. The building substitute teacher will report to the building on a full-time basis to provide coverage for classrooms and virtual learning (if needed), and assist with other support to the building administrators and teachers as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 60 hours from a regionally accredited college or university

  • Effective classroom management skills

  • Exemplify professionalism to students and staff

  • Ability to build positive relationships with students and families.

  • Genuine passion for working with students for learning

  • Selected candidate must complete the substitute teacher requirements through Willsub

  • Criminal background check clearance for employment
