Under general supervision, this position is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students, ensuring they gain proficiency in the skills covered in assigned courses. Maintain an organized and conducive learning environment. Ensure that all students are engaged and participating actively in the learning process.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This position requires an ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach up, stoop ability to participate in physical activities related to teaching, the ability to lift an object of fifty (50) pounds or less, and carry items in excess of fifty (50) pounds. It also requires manual dexterity to operate technology and equipment as necessary. IRSC expects its employees to follow all College policies as well as proper safety standards while employed by the College.
