Responsibilities
- Deep dive into global contingent workforce policies and laws, analyze impacts, and provide strategic recommendations;
- Develop and optimize global contingent workforce management policies and systems to ensure business compliance and development;
- Support with global business departments, provide workforce management plan, assist in planning, and ensure the implementation of employment needs;
- Establish a risk control system, review business compliance, and avoid employment risks;
- Maintain external cooperative relationships, coordinate internal departments, and promote business collaboration;
- Analyze workforce data, generate reports, and assist in high-level decision-making.
