Summary

To help manage capacity, special projects, and internal transition efforts, a part-time, benefitted, contingent position working between 32-40 hours per week (through early December) would assist the team.

Examples of duties

• Special Projects: working alongside Senior Staff to advance policy initiatives and special projects of the Administration, including but not limited to: process documentation and analysis, grants compliance efforts, constituent case work, and internal communications.
• Transition Support: working alongside the Chief of Staff and Deputy Chief of Staff to review and refine Departmental and Office transition documents (internal), which will be shared with the incoming Administration following the election in November. This will include reviewing and working with our team and departments to compile and finalize more than 20 internal transition reports, compiling a comprehensive document to be shared at the end of the term
• Developing SOPs: working alongside Senior Staff to produce and complete internal SOPs that cover grants administration, boards and commissions appointments, constituent casework, and functions of the Executive branch to be included with transition materials.
