Job Description

The Contents Restoration Technician is responsible for the careful cleaning, packing, and restoration of household items affected by water, fire, smoke, or mold damage. This role involves working on-site and at the warehouse to inventory, transport, and professionally clean clients’ possessions, ensuring they are restored or stored properly. The ideal candidate will maintain detailed documentation, uphold safety and quality standards, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the restoration process.
Responsibilities:
• Completion of contents restoration tasks based on work orders to include, but not limited to:
• Cleaning/ packing of all household items/furniture that pertain to the damaged area
• Boxing up/ moving belongings/ furniture on-site or to our cleaning/storage facilities
• Taking accurate inventory/photo documentation of all items
• Cleaning the vicinity of the damaged area for reconstruction (remodeling/repairs)
• Professional cleaning, deodorizing, repair of all household items/furniture
Qualifications
• Can lift over 30 lbs.
• Bending, lifting, kneeling, and twisting
• Experience in cleaning - a plus!
• Communicate well within the team
• Professionalism and integrity is appreciated and expected
• Must pass background check
• Must have valid driver's license
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be willing to learn (we like to train our technicians so they can grow with us!)
• Some Saturdays required during busy seasons
