ABOUT THE CONTENT WRITING SPECIALIST ROLE:

WIN is looking for a Content Writing Specialist to join our growing team in India. We are looking for someone who can create clear, engaging, and high-impact content across digital platforms while understanding how modern AI tools can accelerate content creation, research, and ideation workflows.

This role requires a strong understanding of writing for US-based product companies, the ability to simplify complex ideas into compelling narratives, and a deep curiosity for new-age AI-assisted content workflows.

You will work closely with marketing, product, design, and leadership teams to create content that drives engagement, brand positioning, customer education, and business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create high-quality content for websites, blogs, product pages, case studies, email campaigns, social media, and marketing materials
• Write compelling and audience-focused content tailored for US-based product and SaaS audiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, design, and leadership
• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate research, ideation, drafting, optimization, and content workflows
• Translate complex product, business, and technical concepts into clear and engaging content
• Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and communication across platforms
• Conduct content research, competitor analysis, and trend tracking to improve content effectiveness
• Optimize content for engagement, readability, and SEO best practices
• Continuously experiment with modern content formats, storytelling approaches, and AI-assisted workflows
• Manage multiple content projects while maintaining quality and attention to detail

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4–5 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or content marketing for US-based product or SaaS companies
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong understanding of digital content, storytelling, and audience engagement
• Experience using AI tools for content creation, research, editing, or workflow optimization
• Familiarity with SEO principles and content performance metrics
• Ability to simplify complex ideas into concise and compelling narratives
• Strong research, editing, and proofreading skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Ownership mindset with strong attention to detail and execution quality

GOOD TO HAVE:

• Experience writing for B2B SaaS or technology products
• Familiarity with AI content tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Claude, Grammarly AI, or similar platforms
• Experience with content strategy, thought leadership, or product storytelling
• Understanding of AI-driven content workflows and automation tools
