Fleekbiz is seeking a professional
and detail-oriented Content Writer with 6 months to 2 years of relevant
experience to support the marketing function through high-quality written
content. The ideal candidate should have a sound understanding of content
writing fundamentals, practical knowledge of on-page SEO, and hands-on
familiarity with AI tools for research, outlining, content ideation, and
content refinement

This role requires the ability to
produce clear, accurate, audience-focused, and brand-aligned content across
multiple formats including blogs, website pages, landing pages, social media
copy, email content, and campaign support materials. The selected candidate
should be comfortable researching HR, technology, SaaS, workplace, and
business-related topics, while maintaining quality, consistency, and deadlines.

• 
  Research,
  Write, edit, and proofread content for social media content calendars, blogs,
  website pages, landing pages, case studies, and email campaigns.
• 
  Conduct
  topic research using credible online sources, internal references, competitor
  content, and AI tools to develop structured and relevant drafts.
• 
  Apply
  on-page SEO fundamentals including keyword placement, search intent alignment,
  meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, and internal linking.
• 
  Use AI
  tools responsibly for content ideation, brief creation, outlining, drafting
  support, and optimization while ensuring all outputs are fact-checked and
  human-edited.
• 
  Collaborate
  with the marketing team members to align content with campaigns, product
  priorities, brand voice, and audience needs.
• 
  Revise
  content based on client feedback and maintain consistency with editorial
  guidelines and timelines.
• 
  ​
  Support
  the development of reels-based content calendars and video content repurposing
  initiatives across channels.

  Required Skills

• 
  Excellent
  written English with strong grammar, sentence structure, clarity, and
  proofreading ability.
• 
  Working
  knowledge of SEO content writing and on-page SEO best practices.
• 
  Familiarity
  with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper AI, Write Sonic, Claude, Gemini or similar
  tools for research and content support.
• 
  Ability
  to understand a client content brief, research a topic independently, and
  convert information into engaging and accurate copy.
• 
  Basic
  understanding of CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar publishing systems.
• 
  Good
  time management, responsiveness and openness to feedback, and ability to work
  under stricter deadlines.
• 
  Experience
  writing for B2B SaaS, Different client businesses, enterprise software, or
  professional services brands.
• 
  Familiarity
  with tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Docs, Google Sheets, WordPress, Yoast,
  Rank Math, SEMrush, Surfer SEO, or related platforms.
• 
  Basic
  understanding of content performance metrics such as impressions, CTR,
  engagement, and organic traffic trends.

Requirements

Experience Required

·
6
months to 2 years of experience in social media content calendar research and writing,
copywriting, or a related role; internships and freelance work may NOT be
considered.

·
Demonstrated
portfolio of published or sample work including blogs, website copy, social
media content calendars, ad creatives copy impact on sales, or email content.

·
Exposure
to SEO writing and AI-assisted content workflows is required. Special knowledge
of different LLMs, and complete hands-on experience on Prompt Engineering for
the Content Writing is required.

Must be
updated with all the LLMs and the use of them.

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  Candidates having a Graduate degree or Students
  enrolled in Marketing or Business Administration are preferred. Psychology
  graduates can apply too.

  Candidates having done O levels or A Levels are
  preferred.
