Job Description

The role focuses on editing and publishing commerce feature updates on SalesConnect, while supporting partner readiness through Early Visibility (EV) sessions, standardized tracking, and support cross-functional engagement to ensure operational excellence across AMER, EMEA, and APJC theaters.

  • Release Management: Manages the features comms SalesConnect (SC) publishing process, including content editing, review, and "Sneak Peek" scheduling.
  • Program Facilitation: Manages weekly EV/Co-design session planning, hosting, and post-session documentation for regional stakeholders.

Translation: Localization workflows for emails, documents, and SC announcement pages in collaboration with the GTS team.

  • Tracking: Manages global action item trackers (COE, POM/DOM) and partner feedback loops, ensuring tasks are driven to closure.
  • Reporting: help with program metrics and QBR data to provide leadership with insights into partner adoption and SME engagement.
  • Webinar Support: Facilitates APJC COE forums and post-release partner webinars, managing Q&A documentation and session reporting.

Skills

  • Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint/MS Lists, Excel (Pivot Tables/Data tracking), and content management platforms (SalesConnect).
  • Communication: Godd written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex technical updates for partner-facing audiences.
  • Process Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain high data integrity in complex tracking systems.
  • Agility: Ability to balance multiple regional time zones and competing project deadlines simultaneously.
  • Analytical Thinking: Aptitude for generating operational reports and identifying process bottlenecks.
  • 12+ years of experience in project coordination, communications, or operations enablement.
  • Experience in a multinational technology environment (Cisco/Network/SaaS industry preferred).
  • Demonstrated track record of managing global stakeholders and cross-functional project lifecycles.
