Position Overview

The Content Writer is responsible for creating compelling, audience-focused marketing and thought leadership content that supports demand generation, brand awareness, sales enablement, and customer engagement initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Campaigns, this role translates complex business and technology solutions into clear, persuasive narratives across multiple formats and channels. A strong research mindset is essential for understanding emerging technologies, market trends, customer challenges, and industry developments.

Content Creation and Copywriting

• Develop engaging copy for digital and traditional marketing programs while maintaining consistency with brand messaging and business objectives.
• Create email campaigns, nurture journeys, landing pages, website copy, blogs, articles, eBooks, guides, social media content, webinar and event promotions, digital advertising copy, solution briefs, and product overviews.
• Adapt messaging for different audience segments, industries, and stages of the buyer journey.

Thought Leadership Development

• Research and write high-value content that establishes organizational credibility and subject matter expertise.
• Develop whitepapers, case studies, executive insights, industry trend reports, battlecards, customer success stories, business value assessments, and market- and technology-focused thought leadership.
• Partner with subject matter experts to transform technical knowledge into customer-friendly content.

Research and Industry Analysis

• Research technology trends, business challenges, competitive landscapes, industry developments, and customer needs.
• Gather insights from analyst reports, vendor resources, customer interviews, partner content, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify emerging topics and content opportunities aligned with business priorities and market demand.
• Continuously develop expertise in key technology areas and industry verticals.

Campaign and Sales Enablement

• Collaborate with campaign managers to develop messaging frameworks and content strategies for integrated marketing campaigns.
• Align content with campaign objectives, target personas, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Support demand generation through compelling calls to action and customer-centric storytelling.
• Create sales enablement materials, including battlecards, solution summaries, customer references, competitive positioning documents, and presentation content.
• Partner with sales and business stakeholders to address customer objections and communicate value propositions.

Content Optimization and Collaboration

• Apply keyword recommendations and digital marketing guidance to improve discoverability and effectiveness.
• Structure content for readability, engagement, and user experience across digital channels.
• Review and update existing content for relevance, accuracy, and alignment with business priorities.
• Collaborate with designers, campaign managers, digital marketers, product specialists, partner teams, and business leaders.
• Participate in content planning and editorial discussions.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and campaign requirements.

What you will bring to the team

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business, or a related field.
• Three or more years of experience in content writing, copywriting, content marketing, journalism, or a related role.
• Exceptional written communication, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technology and business concepts for diverse audiences.
• Strong research, interviewing, and information-gathering capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience creating B2B marketing content in technology, IT services, software, cloud, cybersecurity, or digital transformation is preferred.
• Experience writing demand generation and thought leadership content is preferred.
• Familiarity with content management systems, marketing automation platforms, and collaboration tools is preferred.
• Understanding of buyer personas, customer journeys, and content marketing best practices is preferred.
• Exposure to AI tools and content research platforms that support content development is preferred.
