Job Description

In accordance with the policies, procedures, and standards of Chroma Hospitality, Inc., the Content Writer will play a key role in crafting compelling and engaging content that enhances the brand voice across multiple platforms. He/she will be responsible for writing clear, impactful, and persuasive copy for digital and print marketing materials, ensuring all content aligns with the various brand guidelines and values that Chroma Hospitality is managing. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt writing styles to different audiences and channels. The Content Writer will collaborate closely with the marketing, design, and sales teams to create content that drives engagement, build brand awareness, and supports business objectives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and write creative, clear, and concise copy for various channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, brochures, press releases, blogs and advertisements for all brands that are managed by Chroma Hospitality.
• Ensure consistency in brand tone and messaging across all platforms based on each of the brands managed by Chroma Hospitality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and generate ideas for content marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to help inform content strategies.
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in content writing, preferably in hospitality or travel.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Knowledge of SEO and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
• Willing to work on-site in Muntinlupa City.
