This role sits at the intersection of content operations, data quality, and market intelligence, ensuring that high-value information is accurately sourced, processed, and maintained across a large-scale AI-powered platform. You will contribute directly to expanding and improving the content ecosystem that powers decision-making for enterprise clients worldwide. Working closely with product managers, engineers, and vendors, you will help onboard new content sources, monitor ingestion workflows, and troubleshoot data issues. The environment is fast-paced, analytical, and highly collaborative, requiring strong attention to detail and curiosity for web-based research. You will also play a key role in maintaining content quality, supporting escalations, and ensuring smooth content delivery across global markets. Accountabilities

You will be responsible for researching and identifying new web-based content sources, evaluating their relevance, and supporting their onboarding into structured ingestion workflows. You will configure and maintain content pipelines, monitor processing alerts, and ensure continuous data flow across multiple content types such as filings, presentations, news, and research materials. You will also troubleshoot ingestion and content quality issues, coordinating with internal engineering teams and external providers to resolve problems efficiently.

  • Research, evaluate, and identify new content sources for onboarding into the platform
  • Configure and maintain web scraping and content ingestion workflows
  • Monitor content processing, validate outputs, and ensure ingestion quality
  • Troubleshoot content issues and support escalation processes with technical teams and vendors
  • Maintain documentation of onboarding processes, workflows, and quality standards
  • Support content reporting, tracking, and operational monitoring activities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and vendor teams
  • Requirements

    The ideal candidate has strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with structured and unstructured data in a fast-moving environment. You should be comfortable learning technical workflows on the job and managing multiple operational tasks with precision and urgency. A background in data handling, content operations, or web research is highly valued, along with the ability to interpret and simplify complex issues.

    • 0–4 years of experience in data entry, data operations, content support, or similar roles
    • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve data/content issues effectively
    • Familiarity with tools such as MS Office, Google Suite, Notion, or similar platforms
    • Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks under deadlines
    • Curiosity and willingness to learn technical systems and workflows
    • Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to work in late shifts aligned with global (U.S.) support hours
