Responsibilities

Continuously monitor content trends on platforms such as TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Twitter/X, and others to identify which hot topics have the potential to be transformed into interactive content
Break down trending topics into actionable content directions: what form this meme/emotion/scene should take on the platform, who should create it, and how to disseminate it
- Deeply utilize internal AI creation tools, understand their capabilities and limitations, and implement solution ideas through these tools
- Participated in the zero-to-one creation of cold-start content: Collaborated with the team to produce supply for cold start, building a creative ecosystem with dissemination value for the product
- Output gameplay and content strategies, define trending directions, and directly coordinate with the product team
- 持续监测抖音、小红书、TikTok、Twitter/X 等平台的内容趋势，识别哪些热点有转化成互动内容的潜力
- 把热点拆解成可执行的内容方向：这个梗/这个情绪/这个画面，在平台上做成什么形式、谁来做、怎么传播
- 深度使用内部AI创作工具，理解它能做什么、不能做什么，让方案点子通过工具落地
- 参与冷启动内容的从零到一：与团队共同完成创作供给冷启，为产品打造有传播价值的创作生态
- 输出玩法与内容策略、制定追热方向，和产品团队直接对接

Qualifications

1–3 years of work experience, with experience in internet product operations, content operations, and game content-related work
- Have an intuition for trends—not just knowing what's popular, but being able to explain why it's popular, which circle it's popular in, and how long it will last
- Have a tool mindset: Used AI creative tools (more is better, regardless of form), actively exploring the boundaries of new tools
Understand and follow overseas content
- Prefer a creative, innovative, and entrepreneurial atmosphere
bonus point
- Have firsthand experience with platforms like Roblox, Zepeto, or similar services
- Experience in cold-starting content accounts or communities from scratch
- I am a heavy user of a specific niche community (such as gaming, anime, design, or fashion)
