Hiring a Content Strategist (Digital & Social Media)- Lahore (Onsite)

About the Company:

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Content Strategist who can plan and execute engaging, high-performing content across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of what makes content viral, engaging, and conversion-driven, and be able to translate ideas into impactful content formats including text, visuals, animations, and video. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand and business goals

• Plan content across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital channels

• Identify trends, audience behavior, and opportunities to create viral and high-engagement content

• Create content directions for multiple formats (posts, reels, carousels, videos, animations, etc.)

• Write compelling hooks, captions, and messaging tailored to each platform

• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling

• Analyze content performance and optimize strategies based on insights

• Stay updated with platform algorithms, trends, and emerging content formats

• Ensure consistency in brand voice and content quality across all channels



Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Content Strategist / Social Media Strategist

• Strong understanding of content strategy, storytelling, and audience psychology

• Ability to conceptualize content that drives engagement, reach, and conversions

• Experience working across multiple content formats (text, image, video, etc.)

• Strong communication and creative thinking skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) for content creation and ideation

• Familiarity with creative tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)

• Basic video editing or short-form content creation experience

• Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.)
