We are seeking a content strategist focused on performance who can fuel growth rather than merely produce content
This position is ideal for someone who recognizes that:

You will collaborate closely with founders, marketing, and performance teams to craft narratives that effectively convert across ads, landing pages, and videos.
Requirements
What You’ll Be Doing
- Take full ownership of the content strategy end-to-end covering ads, landing pages, and social media
- Craft highly effective copy for ads, landing pages, emails, and scripts
- Develop and implement go-to-market (GTM) campaigns for new product or service launches
- Write short-form video scripts for formats like Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Ads
- Convert customer pain points into engaging stories
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to improve CAC, CTR, and conversion rates
- Drive growth through both organic and paid content initiatives
- Partner with design and video teams to create ready-to-execute creatives
- Leverage AI tools to scale content creation and optimize workflows
Essential Skills
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling capabilities
- Proven experience with performance marketing content
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Landing page development
- Ad creative production
- Video scriptwriting
- Knowledge of:
- Marketing funnels and conversion psychology
- SEO principles and audience intent
- Experience managing GTM or product launch initiatives
- Capability to independently lead projects from concept to execution (0→1)
Bonus Skills (Highly Desirable)
- Familiarity with US, UK, or global markets
- Experience working with D2C, EdTech, or consumer brands
- Comfortable using tools such as:
- ChatGPT, Gemini, Jasper, and similar AI platforms
- GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush
- Exposure to AI-driven content production workflows
