In this role, you will help organizations improve how information is organized, managed, and presented to the public. You will work closely with subject matter experts, program stakeholders, designers, product teams, and client leadership to review, reorganize, rewrite, and optimize content that supports critical public services.

You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, collaborating with stakeholders across multiple organizations, and creating structure where processes may still be evolving. This is a fully remote, full-time position.

Successful candidates will:
