We’re hiring a Consumer Marketing Content Strategist to bring greater clarity, cohesion, and sophistication to our storytelling. This strategic role focuses on shaping narratives—not just producing them—ensuring every touchpoint reflects a consistent, elevated brand voice.

You will translate our innovation into compelling consumer experiences, balancing technical precision with emotional impact.

What You’ll Do

Define the Narrative

  • Develop a holistic content strategy that articulates our brand vision, product ecosystem, and value proposition
  • Create messaging frameworks that unify product launches, campaigns, and always-on marketing
  • Translate advanced smart home technology into clear, compelling, and aspirational storytelling

Elevate Brand Voice & Consistency

  • Establish and maintain a premium, distinctive brand voice across all consumer touchpoints
  • Ensure consistency across digital platforms, retail environments, packaging, and owned channels
  • Bring clarity and cohesion to messaging across an expanding ecosystem of connected products

Guide Content Excellence

  • Set the standard for high-quality content, conceptually and editorially
  • Write and refine key strategic assets (campaign concepts, headlines, product narratives)
  • Provide direction to cross-functional teams, agencies, and creative partners to ensure alignment and quality

Orchestrate Cross-Channel Experience

  • Ensure messaging is seamlessly integrated across web, e-commerce, social, email, and in-home experiences
  • Collaborate closely with product marketing, UX, design, and performance teams to optimize storytelling for impact and conversion
  • Shape content that supports both discovery and decision-making in a premium purchase journey

Leverage Insight & Foresight

  • Develop a deep understanding of our audience’s expectations of a modern, connected home
  • Analyze content performance and behavioral insights to continuously refine messaging
  • Monitor category trends to ensure our voice remains differentiated, relevant, and forward-looking

Proactive Ownership

  • Improve the brand's voice and content quality.
  • Continuously research industry best practices and bring forward new ideas for branded, clear, engaging and conversion-driven content

Requirements

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in content strategy, brand marketing, or narrative development
  • Experience in consumer electronics, smart home, or premium technology brands
  • Demonstrated ability to create cohesive messaging frameworks across complex product ecosystems
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a refined, brand-sensitive tone
  • Proven ability to distill technical concepts into clear, differentiated consumer value
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence
  • Experience with CMS, Figma and Google Analytics
  • A consumer technology background, constantly thinking about better ways to communicate products and features to users
  • Highly organized, possess strong prioritization skills, be agile in fast-moving environments, collaborate effectively cross-functionally, and demonstrate a strong drive for excellence.

Compensation: $90,000- $120,000
