
Key Responsibilities
Develop content strategies and editorial plans aligned with employer brand, talent marketing and recruitment objectives.
Create engaging written content for career websites, social media, recruitment campaigns, job promotions, employee stories, newsletters, videos, presentations and internal channels.
Plan and manage recruitment marketing campaigns designed to increase awareness, engagement and applications for priority roles.
Translate hiring requirements and talent insights into targeted content for specific skills, locations, experience levels and candidate segments.
Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, business leaders and regional teams to identify content requirements and campaign opportunities.
Develop employee stories, testimonials, leadership narratives and workplace content that authentically represent the employee experience.
Collaborate with designers, videographers, agencies and digital teams to produce high-quality visual, multimedia and campaign assets.
Create content briefs, campaign concepts, messaging frameworks, scripts, storyboards and creative direction for talent marketing initiatives.
Manage content calendars, production schedules, approval workflows and campaign deadlines across multiple projects.
Optimize content for digital platforms, social media channels, search visibility and audience engagement.
Monitor campaign performance, content engagement, application volumes and conversion indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.
Research emerging content formats, platform developments, creative practices and talent marketing trends.
Maintain consistency with the organization’s employer brand, tone of voice, visual identity and communication standards.
Support career events, recruitment drives, campus initiatives, talent communities and other candidate engagement programs.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate is a creative and commercially aware content professional with experience supporting employer brand, talent marketing or recruitment marketing initiatives. The individual should understand how content influences candidate awareness, consideration and application behavior and should be able to connect creative storytelling with measurable recruitment outcomes. The candidate will combine strong writing capabilities with an understanding of design, digital content and emerging formats. A collaborative mindset, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Required Qualifications.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, Media, Design or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in content development, employer branding, talent marketing, recruitment marketing or digital marketing.
Demonstrated experience creating content that supports recruitment campaigns and generates candidate applications.
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills across long-form and short-form content formats.
Understanding of employer brand principles, candidate journeys, recruitment funnels and talent audience segmentation.
Experience managing content calendars, campaigns, creative workflows and multiple delivery timelines.
Working knowledge of design principles, visual storytelling and multimedia content development.
Familiarity with social media platforms, career sites, digital advertising and recruitment marketing channels.
Ability to create presentations, campaign briefs, scripts, storyboards and content plans.
Experience collaborating with recruiters, designers, agencies, business stakeholders and regional teams.
Understanding of current content development trends, including short-form video, employee-generated content, social storytelling and AI-assisted content workflows.
Strong analytical ability, with experience reviewing content performance, campaign engagement and application metrics.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and commonly used content, design or digital collaboration tools.
Strong organizational skills, creativity, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under deadlines.
