About the role

This is an AI-first content role. You'll create articles with AI from the first draft to the final edit, on sites that cover gaming, entertainment, sport, local news and more. AI does the heavy lifting on research, structure and first drafts. You bring the judgement: what's true, what's worth saying and how it should sound. You'll work with AI tools, our own content skills and each site's style guide to publish pieces readers trust and come back to.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create content with AI every day: news, guides, lists and features, built with AI tools from brief to finished draft.
• Keep pages fresh: update older articles when facts, rankings or style change.
• Make every piece sound human: cut robotic phrasing and filler, and give each piece a voice that fits its site.
• Check the facts: verify every claim, name, date and number before anything goes live.
• Follow each site's style guide: its voice, its rules and its reference articles. Add to the guide when you settle something new.
• Shape the whole page: headlines, intros, headings, tables, images and internal links.
• Improve the system: suggest better prompts, workflows and skills as you learn what works.
• Keep a newsroom rhythm: several finished pieces a day, to an agreed quality bar.

Requirements:

• Curiosity about AI and willingness to learn it fast: if you already use tools like Claude, ChatGPT or Codex, show us how; if not, we'll train you.
• Excellent written English and a sharp editorial eye.
• A habit of checking facts, and the confidence to cut what you can't verify.
• Comfort learning new tools quickly, including a code-style editor such as Claude Code or Codex. We'll train you.
• Samples: published work, or AI-assisted pieces you've edited.

Nice to have:

• A background in gaming, tech or IT.
• Basic SEO: keywords, headings and internal links.
• Experience in a newsroom or a fast-moving content team.
