We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Content Specialist to join our vibrant team and help us deliver top-quality experiences.

IMPORTANT This position is office based. Standard working time Monday - Friday, 9 PM - 6 PM

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure daily project releases run smoothly and are available on time.
• Manage and update data across internal systems.
• Review and resolve operational tasks and report process issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to handle job-related matters.
• Handle localisation and translation tasks to tailor content for various markets.
• Oversee new provider integrations and manage project content to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage design tickets for project categories, providers, and promotions.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects to support team efficiency.
