BVA Bear’s IT Solutions is seeking part-time Content, SEO, and Analytics Strategist located within or near the Philadelphia area to support onsite work as needed.

Remote work may or may not be authorized, depending on client requirements.

Work hours are expected to be scheduled between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, excluding government holidays, with core hours from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. ET.

The Content, SEO, and Analytics role will lead content structure, content governance, search engine optimization, analytics planning, conversion tracking, and KPI recommendations for the WBC Keystone Network website. Supports WBEC-East-authored content through inventories, page briefs, templates, metadata, taxonomy, accessible-content guidance, quality review, tracking configuration, and reporting recommendations

Duties Include:

  • Develop the content model and governance approach for pages, programs, events, resources, news, success stories, partner content, forms, images, video, and documents.
  • Create page briefs and content templates identifying audience, objective, key message, proof points, call-to-action, content owner, approval status, metadata, and accessibility needs.
  • Maintain content inventories, source tracking, content gaps, review status, dependencies, and launch-priority recommendations.
  • Support staff who will create most website content by providing structure, editorial guidance, SEO guidance, and quality review.
  • Develop keyword strategy and keyword-to-page mapping aligned to audience intent, programs, services, events, resources, and statewide visibility.
  • Define metadata, headings, search-friendly URLs, structured content, schema recommendations, XML sitemap, robots.txt, redirects, image optimization, and internal-linking guidance.
  • Coordinate implementation of SEO requirements with the WordPress Technical Lead / Developer and content hierarchy with the UX/UI and Accessibility Designer.
  • Develop an analytics and conversion-measurement plan covering traffic, audience behavior, event registrations, form submissions, program inquiries, newsletter subscriptions, downloads, site search, and priority calls-to-action.
  • Configure or support configuration of approved analytics and tracking and validate priority events before launch.
  • Recommend a practical KPI dashboard and reporting cadence for.
  • Provide SEO, analytics, accessible-content, metadata, and measurement guidance for staff training and post-launch operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Information Science, Business, Analytics, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in content strategy, SEO, digital analytics, digital marketing, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated experience defining structured content, taxonomy, templates, and governance for multi-audience websites.
  • Experience with keyword strategy, metadata, redirects, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, schema recommendations, image optimization, internal linking, and Google Search Console.
  • Experience with website analytics and conversion tracking for forms, registrations, inquiries, subscriptions, downloads, and calls-to-action.
  • Strong writing, editing, analysis, organization, training, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:.

  • Relevant SEO, analytics, content-strategy, digital-marketing, Google Analytics, or Search Console certification.
  • Experience with WordPress SEO and analytics tools.
  • Experience supporting nonprofit, entrepreneurship, education, economic-development, or other mission-driven content.
