We’re looking for a sharp-eyed and detail-oriented Content Quality Specialist to ensure that all store content on our app meets the highest quality standards. From visuals to text, you’ll be responsible for catching errors, aligning content with guidelines, and making the necessary fixes to deliver a polished customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance checks on store pages before they go live.
• Review and correct spelling, grammar, and formatting issues.
• Ensure all content follows established brand and content guidelines.
• Evaluate visuals (images, covers, etc.) for quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with content, photography, and commercial teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Provide feedback and suggest improvements to enhance overall content quality.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
• Solid understanding of content standards and visual aesthetics.
• Fluent in Arabic, English, and Kurdish Sorani (spoken and written).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Previous QA, editorial, or content review experience is a plus.

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or mobile apps.
