The business unit ensures long term and sustainable growth through supporting the acquisition of new members and the retention of existing ones. Join us and play a key role in shaping high-quality digital experiences that support our members’ financial futures on a 12 month max term contract.

The role


The team are requiring a Content Publisher on a 12-month contract, you will support UniSuper’s digital transformation by managing content across our digital platforms and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, timely outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to continuously improve digital experiences and publishing practices.

  • Manage and deliver publishing tasks across Public Web and Member Online portal
  • Triage and prioritise content requests, resolving timeline conflicts
  • Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and strong SEO performance
  • Contribute to sprint planning and project delivery activities
  • Maintain publishing governance, processes, and documentation
  • Identify and resolve technical issues in collaboration with developers

About you


You are a detail-oriented digital professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating clear, accessible, and high-quality content. You bring strong collaboration skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving or web content management roles

  • Highly proficient with Content Management Systems, preferably with Sitecore.
  • Strong technical skills in HTML, CSS, WCAG, and SEO tools
  • Experience working with agile delivery frameworks and tools
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation
  • Proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving website performance issues, including QA and testing.
