He angitūtanga: The opportunity
We are an enthusiastic team with a strong focus on serving Aucklanders. We’re looking for a Content Publisher to join our Digital team on a 6-month fixed-term basis, supporting a significant transformation project within Customer Experience & Digital Services.

This role sits at the heart of a large-scale content uplift where you’ll play a key role in publishing, updating, and maintaining digital content at scale, ensuring it is accurate, accessible, and aligned to best practice.

Key Responsibilities:
• Publish and update content across digital platforms (copy, metadata, images, documents, forms)
• Manage high volumes of content changes with accuracy and attention to detail
• Configure and maintain pages and components within the CMS
• Test and validate content to ensure usability, accessibility, and quality standards
• Support improvements to information architecture and user journeys
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, customer-focused outcomes
• Respond to business requests and provide publishing support across multiple portfolios

You’re someone who enjoys getting stuck in and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. You’re detail-focused, reliable, and comfortable managing a high volume of content updates without compromising on quality.

You’ll bring:
• Proven experience working in a Content Management System (CMS) environment
• Ideally experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) (or similar platforms)
• At least 1–2+ years’ experience in digital publishing or website content roles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• Working knowledge of SEO, information architecture, and basic HTML/web design
• Confidence working with a range of stakeholders across digital and business teams

Salary range ($70,000 – $77,000 depending on experience)
