Dubai Holding Entertainment is building a culture-first media network born in Dubai and designed for the region. We’re looking for a Content Programming Lead (Arabic) to define, launch, and scale Arabic-first programming across podcasts, video, and social platforms.

This is not a translation or adaptation role.
This is about original Arabic creativity, modern formats, and building the next era of culturally relevant content.

The Role

As Content Programming Lead (Arabic), you will own its Arabic content strategy end-to-end — from concept to launch to performance. You’ll commission talent, shape editorial direction, and build scalable programming that resonates deeply with Arabic-speaking audiences.

What You’ll Own

  • Arabic programming strategy across tentpole shows, social IP, and experimental formats
  • Editorial voice, modern, light and social-first content focused on the region.
  • Creator and host scouting — finding the next wave of Arabic talent

What You’ll Do

  • Build the Arabic content slate (show concepts, formats, hosts, guests)
  • Develop and launch tentpole pilots, including a major celebrity-led show
  • Run pilots, review performance, and iterate quickly based on insights
  • Create recurring, platform-first social IP designed to scale
  • Partner with Growth teams to optimize publishing and distribution for Arabic audiences
  • Establish clear content guardrails so all Arabic output feels distinct.

  • A self-starter who thrives in startup environments and ambiguity
  • Deeply plugged into Arabic internet culture and regional trends
  • Comfortable breaking norms — informal, funny, conversational, and current
  • A hands-on builder who can ship fast with lean resources
  • Confident navigating cultural nuance with good judgment

Experience & Skills

  • 3–5 years’ experience in content strategy, digital media, or influencer ecosystems
  • Proven experience launching content at scale across social platforms
  • Strong editorial instincts. You can spot talent and ideas before they peak
  • Experience working with content creators, hosts, and production teams
