Your role at Finoverse
Research and analyze current financial market trends and up-to-date knowledge on FinTech, Web3, and AI
Responsible for planning the speaking program for various events, including conferences, VIP gatherings, global seminars, and business networking receptions
Responsible for planning and developing the FinTech conference agenda
Collaborate with stakeholders to define the agenda that meets the event's goals
Research and identify potential speakers who align with the event’s theme
Craft personalized speakers and VIPs invitations that communicate the event's purpose and the value of their participation
Maintain a good relationship with Speakers and key stakeholders
Attend industry events for rapport-building and networking purposes
Provide support to other teams
Undertaking such other duties as directed by the management
Who you are
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field
Over 7 years of relevant experience in developing conference agendas at large-scale events is highly desirable
Must have experience in inviting speakers and developing event agendas
Outgoing personality with a passion for meeting new people and building industry networks
Previous experience working in startups or small teams
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Proficient in business writing in both English and Chinese
Knowledge of or interest in Web3, Technology, FinTech, and industry trends

A confident and approachable individual who prioritizes the experiences of VIPs and speakers
Strong analytical abilities
Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks effectively
