Play your part in our team succeeding
Your main tasks will be to drive content production for The LEGO Group’s e-commerce platforms and marketing campaigns, working with a team that drives daily operations of those channels together with the extended OLA Commerce and OLA teams.
Core Responsibilities
End-to-End Production Drive the lifecycle of high-converting e-commerce assets - including ProductDetail Pages (PDPs), videos, banners, and immersivestorefronts - frominitialbrief to final delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with artdirectors, UI/UX designers, copywriters, and strategiststo craft compelling, brand-aligned commerce narratives thatcaptivateaudiences anddriveaction.
Funnel OptimizationAnalysethecustomerjourney toidentifyand execute strategic content interventions across the conversion funnel, reducing friction and improving the overall shopper experience.
Agile Project Management Manage complex content calendars, editorial plans, and product launch schedules using agile methodologies, ensuring rapid iteration and on-time delivery.
Stakeholder Alignment Act as the central liaison between internal teams (Marketing, E-Merchandising) and external partners (IP partners, agencies),maintainingclear communication and transparencythroughoutthe production process.
Workflow Efficiency:Leveragenew tools and modernworkflows to scale content production, rapidly localizeassets, and iterate on copy and imagery withoutsacrificing brand quality.
Do youhavewhat it takes?
Proven experience working withe-commercecontentand e-merchandising
Experience from working with an international brand ideally in the FMCG area or within an industry creating products and content for children
Understanding of shopper conversion funnel, digital marketing tactics,processesand experience working in large organizations
Previousexperience working with digital content management platforms and project management would be a plus
A people person with excellent communication and collaboration skills
