Content Production Coordinator - Video & Photo

Location: Orem, Utah (Full-Time, In-Office)

Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 per year + performance-based bonuses tied to real results

What You'll Own

• Lead and orchestrate our weekly video/photo production pipeline: Coordinate 3-4 external videographers, editors, and photographers to deliver consistent, high-impact content that performs across social, web, and ads.
• Plan and execute multi-element shoots (models, lighting, hero product shots, lifestyle setups) for campaigns—managing logistics, budgets, and timelines to keep everything efficient and on target.
• Build and maintain a reliable, cost-effective network of top-tier contractors who consistently deliver brand-aligned excellence.
• Track projects with precision: Deadlines, budgets, deliverables—ensuring we hit weekly content goals without compromise.
• Step in hands-on when speed matters: Shoot quick in-house product demos or simple content to maintain momentum (bonus if you're already comfortable behind the camera).
• Partner closely with our in-house creative team in Orem to ensure every asset reflects proven mastery in meat sourcing and preparation.
• Review and approve final deliverables with a sharp eye for quality, consistency, and brand voice, no detail gets missed.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years coordinating content production (agency or food/consumer brand experience strongly preferred; food photography/video is a big plus).
• Proven track record running shoots, managing contractors, controlling budgets, and delivering under pressure, hands-on set experience is required.
• Excellent organizational skills: Juggle multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and find intelligent ways to optimize time and cost.
• Working knowledge of production tools (Adobe Suite, Final Cut, etc.); ability to shoot/edit basic content yourself is a strong advantage.
• Genuine passion for food content. You understand what makes premium meats look mouthwatering and know how to capture it.
• Strong communicator who thrives in fast feedback environments and stays grounded through it all.
• Must live in (or relocate to) the Orem, Utah area for in-office work.
• Degree in Film, Media, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required if you have the results to show.
