Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience working in a content production role.
  • Experience contributing in a cross-functional environment.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience utilizing AI productivity tools to solve complex, multi-layered problems and streamline business or development workflows.
  • Background in creative visual storytelling and experience with live show and video production.
  • Demonstrated leadership and strong executive presence, including experience with internal executive networking and development of internal executive level relationships to build a strong speaker outreach network.
  • Ability to be articulate, and possess excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Able to articulate ideas and reason clearly, communicate creative ideas, and not be afraid to be persuasive and defend those ideas.
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours.

About the job

Our marketing campaign projects, like our users, span the globe and require managers to keep the big picture in focus. As part of the Global Marketing team, you plan requirements with internal customers and/or external agencies and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. Your projects often span offices, time zones and hemispheres, and it's your job to keep all the players coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines.

In this role, you will produce content and creative that fosters connections and conversations between employees, consumers, partners, and influencers at some of Google’s highest profile events and experiences in the U.S. Events include internal and external sales events, thought leadership conferences, launch events, and consumer experiential initiatives.

Your main role will be to work on content with speakers and cross functional support teams. You are a logistics and project management machine. Someone who understands every inch of the ‘from concept to screen process and can find space for creativity to flourish within tight time frames and budgets. You will also be a storyteller who understands the language of the screen as a medium and the science/art of combining words, images and sounds for maximum impact. You are comfortable ideating and problem-solving in real-time with creative teams and senior executives alike and have an extraordinary attention to detail at all hours of the day and night.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $141000 - $205000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Produce intelligent, fresh and relevant content and creative for Google’s events and experiences in order to foster connections and conversations between consumers, partners, influencers and the Google brand.
  • Work with partners and agencies to oversee the production of creative content for these experiences.
  • Work with internal communication teams and SVP/VP-level chief of staff to bring their words to life on screen.
  • Support all aspects of technical and artistic production including conception, development and implementation of the program.
  • Assist with leading speaker briefings with high profile speakers and Google executives, thinking through the narrative for each session.
