Job Description

We're reimagining the way Australians live, work, and play. We own and manage some of the most recognisable and loved retail destinations across Australia.

We’re evolving our portfolio into destinations that offer a broad selection of retail, residential, and office spaces. Through our diverse portfolio, data-led decision-making, and nationwide development pipeline, we do things differently.

We are Vicinity.

Role purpose

This role is responsible for creating high quality, visually compelling content that brings the centre’s brand, retailers, and experiences to life across digital channels. The role is hands-on, creative, and fast-moving - capturing, producing, and editing premium lifestyle content that reflects the destination’s luxury positioning.

Content Producer

We’re looking for a Digital Content Producer to bring Chadstone’s world-class retail, dining and lifestyle experiences to life through premium, visually compelling content, underpinned by strong writing and storytelling.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll concept, capture, and produce high-quality content across video, photography, and social formats. Working closely with the Social Media & Content Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up across digital channels, crafting both visuals and written narratives that are inspiring, on trend and reflective of Chadstone’s premium positioning.

What you’ll be doing

Content Creation & Production

  • Capture, produce and edit high-quality content across video, photography, motion graphics and social formats, bring strong storytelling and writing to showcase retail, fashion, food, events and centre experiences.

Creative & Editorial Development

  • Translate briefs into engaging concepts and storyboards, contributing to campaign ideas, content series, and brand storytelling moments.

Brand & Visual Excellence

  • Ensure all content aligns with Chadstone’s premium brand standards, maintaining a consistent tone of voice, aesthetic and storytelling quality across all outputs.

Multi-Channel Publishing & Execution

  • Deliver and optimise content across social media, websites, mobile app, digital screens and other channels, ensuring best-practice execution for each platform.

Workflow & Asset Management

  • Manage end-to-end content workflows and maintain an organised content library, working closely with internal teams, agencies and production partners.

Performance, Insights & Innovation

  • Monitor content performance, identify optimisation opportunities, and stay ahead of trends and emerging formats to continuously elevate output.

What you’ll bring

End-to-End Content Production

  • Proven ability to plan, capture and produce premium lifestyle content across video, photography and social, with strong hands-on technical capability and the confidence to step in front of the camera when needed, and the agility to champion reactive content that captures the latest happenings and cultural moments across Chadstone

Multi-Channel Content Expertise

  • Experience creating and adapting content for multiple digital platforms including social, websites, eDMs, and digital displays, with an understanding of platform-specific requirements.

Creative Storytelling & Visual Craft

  • Strong knowledge of composition, lighting, audio, editing and visual storytelling, with an eye for detail and a passion for high-quality creative execution.

High-Volume Delivery & Agility

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines in a fast-paced, reactive environment while maintaining quality and consistency.

Collaborative Production Management

  • Experience working with internal stakeholders, agencies, talents, photographers and videographers to deliver cohesive, on-brand content.

Data Awareness & Continuous Improvement

  • Ability to review performance insights and adapt creative approaches based on audience behaviour, platform trends and evolving digital formats.

About You

You’re a creative, detail-driven content producer with a passion for storytelling and a strong eye for premium visuals. Confident in front of the camera, you are comfortable being the face in content when needed and bring a natural, engaging presence. You thrive in fast-moving environments, are a strong writer and instinctive storyteller, and are always on the lookout for emerging trends to keep content fresh, relevant and elevated.
