About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Podcast & Digital Content Producer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and can transform ideas into compelling audio-visual content. You’ll play a key role in producing podcasts and digital media while collaborating across teams to bring engaging stories to life.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the showrunner for multiple active podcasts, managing end-to-end production.
Coordinate with guests, internal teams, and external stakeholders to schedule and execute recordings.
Collaborate with creative, editing, social media, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with the overall vision.
Oversee production workflows including shoot planning, vendor coordination, and execution.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
Stay updated on social media trends, pop culture, and digital content formats to keep content relevant and engaging.
Work closely with the production lead to report progress and provide feedback.
Contribute to ideation and development of new shows and content formats.
Maintain strong relationships with external collaborators, creators, and partners.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience in podcast production, video production, or digital content creation.
Strong command of English (written and spoken)
Proven ability to research diverse topics and translate them into engaging content.
Hands-on experience in managing shoots, shows, and production vendors.
Solid understanding of YouTube and podcast ecosystems, including content formats and audience behaviour.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
