City:

Glendale, CA

Onsite/ Hybrid/ Remote:

Hybrid (4 days onsite per week, no flexibility)

Duration:

7 Months

Rate Range:

Upto $71/hr on W2

Work Authorization:

GC, USC, All valid EADs except OPT, CPT, H1B

Must Have:

  • Airtable

  • Excel

  • PowerPoint

  • Google Workspace

  • Data tracking and reporting tools

Responsibilities:

  • Own planning, tracking, and reporting of global content planning across multiple content types

  • Manage acquisitions, library curation, localization strategy, and release planning lifecycle

  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to align content schedules and priorities

  • Lead catalog planning initiatives and special projects across content portfolios

  • Develop and improve workflows, tools, and reporting processes for planning operations

  • Create presentations and reports for stakeholders and leadership

  • Act as point of contact for planning updates, risks, and timelines

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 4+ years experience in content planning, content strategy, or content operations

  • Experience working in high-volume environments with multiple priorities

  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities

  • Ability to manage large datasets and content pipelines

  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Nice to Have:

  • SVOD or Linear TV experience

  • Experience with content lifecycle management systems

  • Exposure to localization workflows and global release strategies
