Job Description

Position Summary

The Content Operations Coordinator is responsible for enabling the efficient and consistent execution of Nespresso content requirements across Southeast Asia. Acting as the operational bridge between market stakeholders, B2B/B2C teams, Content Solutions, and partner agencies, this role ensures that content requests are complete, validated, aligned with brand standards, and ready for execution.

The role manages project intake, brief assessment, content planning, quality assurance, approval coordination, and agency deployment. It also supports the development of concise, consumer-facing headlines and key messages by refining market-provided promotional content while preserving approved claims, brand tone, and campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Market Coordination & Project Alignment

  • Coordinate with Southeast Asia market stakeholders to gather campaign requirements, promotional offers, SKUs, assets, and project deliverables.
  • Support alignment between B2B/B2C teams, Content Solutions, and specialist teams upon project initiation.
  • Ensure all stakeholders have clear understanding of project scope and requirements.

Brief Assessment & Requirements Validation

  • Review and interpret project briefs to identify objectives, deliverables, and execution needs.
  • Validate completeness of project requirements and proactively follow up on missing information.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable execution plans.

Resource Assessment & Planning

  • Evaluate available assets, campaigns, SKUs, templates, tools, and references.
  • Identify potential resource gaps and recommend solutions for efficient implementation.
  • Support planning and prioritization across multiple projects.

Master Product Page Management

  • Maintain the Master Product Page as the single source of truth.
  • Consolidate campaign assets, SKUs, content references, guidelines, and updates.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure information remains accurate and up to date.

Visual Approach & Messaging Development

  • Recommend content hierarchy, visual approach, and messaging direction based on project requirements and brand guidelines.
  • Refine lengthy market-provided promotional content into concise, consumer-relevant headlines and key messages.
  • Ensure messaging supports effective customer communication while maintaining approved offers and claims.

Quality Assurance & Content Validation

  • Conduct comprehensive content reviews prior to submission.
  • Verify content accuracy, consistency, completeness, and brand compliance.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies, errors, and quality issues.

Order Form Creation & Approval Coordination

  • Prepare agency order forms, execution briefs, and project summaries.
  • Document recommended headlines, supporting messages, content hierarchy, and execution instructions.
  • Coordinate approval workflows with stakeholders and incorporate feedback until final sign-off.

Agency Brief Deployment

  • Distribute approved briefs to partner agencies such as Hogarth, Liganova, and local agencies.
  • Ensure agencies receive complete requirements, assets, references, and brand guidelines.
  • Support smooth handoff and execution readiness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, Multimedia, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Content Operations, Marketing Operations, Digital Content Production, Project Coordination, or Agency Account Management.
  • Experience handling multiple stakeholders, projects, assets, and deadlines in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
  • Proven ability to interpret briefs and convert requirements into clear execution plans.
  • Experience refining marketing and promotional content into concise consumer-facing messaging.
  • Experience performing content quality reviews and coordinating approval workflows.
  • Familiarity with agency briefing, order form management, production handoffs, and digital asset management.
  • Strong planning, organizational, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in FMCG, eCommerce, content adaptation, advertising, or multicultural corporate environments is an advantage.
