We’re looking for a Content Operations Associate (All genders welcome!) to join our Munich team as soon as possible.

You’ll be part of our Content Operations HUB, working closely with the editorial teams of AD, CNT, Glamour, GQ and Vogue Germany. Together, we make sure everything runs smoothly — from budget planning to print production and digital publishing.

In this role, you’ll report directly to the Content Operations Senior Manager, Team Lead in Munich and play a key part in keeping our workflows efficient, structured, and on track.

What You’ll Do

  • Support day-to-day editorial operations and make sure our systems run smoothly.

  • Track and maintain monthly and annual content budgets and estimates, coordinating with operations, editorial, creative, and financial teams.

  • Process content invoices, and liaise with editors to ensure contracts are current.

  • Guide new suppliers and freelancers through our onboarding process and build strong external partnerships.

  • Provide operations support for the print production and editorial teams, working with editors, creatives, and production team members on lineups, routing, asset management, fact sheets, syndication, and related.

  • Coordinate communication and deadlines with editors and contributors.

  • Get familiar with new editorial tools and help the team adopt them smoothly.

What You Bring:

  • Some hands-on experience in a media company (or similar environment) — ideally in operations, content, or project management. You know how to keep budgets, payments, and workflows on track.

  • You’re organised, adaptable, and comfortable juggling multiple projects and stakeholders at once.

  • Strong communication skills, sharp attention to detail, and a genuine interest in improving processes.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and unwavering commitment to meeting deadlines

  • Experience working in content management systems (CMS).

  • Fluent German and business-level English.

Join us if you’re passionate about data and excited to apply it in a creative context.

What we offer you:

  • A modern office in the heart of Munich with great public transport connections

  • A creative environment where your work actually has impact

  • A permanent role in a future-focused, global company

  • A flexible hybrid working model

  • Attractive benefits and learning opportunities to help you grow
