🖋 Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with guidelines
🔍 Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail during audits
🚨 Identify and escalate potential risks or violations quickly
💡 Provide feedback to improve content policies and workflows
🇮🇹 Proficiency in Italian (B2+ spoken & written)
🗣 Good command of English for internal communication
🕐 Ability to work in a 24/7 shift pattern (including nights & weekends)
🧠 Strong analytical skills and keen eye for detail
💶 Competitive Salary: €985/month × 14 payments annually
🎁 Signing Bonus: €3,940
💬 Language Bonus: Up to €400/month for C2 level Italian
