Your Role

  • Review user-generated content and ensure it complies with platform policies and legal standards.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail while working within agreed latency and quality metrics.
  • Escalate content or issues in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Remain up to date on content moderation guidelines and policy changes.
  • Support content safety across a variety of media types while adapting to promotional season peaks.
  • Full-time position with rotative shifts (24/7) and two rotative days off per week.

Your Qualifications

  • Native-level fluency in French and good command of English (B2 level minimum).
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills.
  • Background or strong understanding of e-commerce platforms.
  • Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or a similar area is an asset.
  • Ability to handle sensitive content and work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
