Join Moller Auto Marketing & Communications team as a Content Marketing Specialist and grow together with us!
Orchestrate social media content strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Create an editorial calendar based on the overall marketing calendar, develop content, and ensure deadlines are met during the execution phase
Lead content marketing initiatives, including written, video, and photo content, to support business objectives
Edit, proofread, and continuously improve content
Drive traffic and engagement that contribute to sales and strengthen brand awareness
Measure the results of marketing activities and analyze social media traffic and engagement metrics
Understand social media platforms and know which types of content perform best on each channel
Design and implement creative marketing strategies to support local events and PR activities
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
Proven experience as a Content Marketing Specialist in content marketing, copywriting, design, photoshoots, and video content creation
Ability to anticipate audience preferences with an editorial mindset
Experience in building and engaging online communities across social media platforms
Data-driven and highly analytical mindset and proficiency in social media analytics tools
Strong time management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Latvian and English
Passion for the automotive industry
