Accountabilities:

The Content Marketing Manager will lead the brand's organic growth strategy across content, SEO, social media, and AI search channels, ensuring long-term visibility and business impact.

• Own and execute the annual, quarterly, and monthly content strategy aligned with product launches, campaigns, and business objectives.
• Develop content concepts, messaging frameworks, storytelling angles, creative briefs, scripts, and campaign hooks.
• Define and optimize organic growth strategies across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
• Research market trends, audience behavior, and viral content opportunities to identify new growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with content creators and designers by providing strategic direction, creative concepts, shot lists, and AI-generated asset briefs.
• Lead SEO initiatives including keyword research, content optimization, internal linking strategies, technical recommendations, and performance analysis.
• Identify and implement new opportunities to increase organic traffic, search rankings, and customer acquisition.
• Develop strategies to improve visibility across AI-powered search platforms and large language models.
• Drive community and brand presence through initiatives involving structured content, high-authority publications, Reddit engagement, and brand mentions.
• Measure and report on content and organic performance, continuously refining strategies based on insights and business outcomes.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a creative marketer, with strong expertise in content, SEO, and organic growth within consumer-focused brands.

• 4+ years of experience in Content Marketing, SEO, Organic Growth, or related digital marketing roles.
• Proven experience building and executing content strategies that drive measurable business results.
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, search optimization, and content performance analysis.
• Experience growing brands through organic social media and content-led initiatives.
• Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and content planning skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand why content succeeds and how to replicate performance.
• Experience leveraging AI tools strategically to enhance workflows, research, and content discovery initiatives.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions confidently, and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
• Previous experience within direct-to-consumer or eCommerce businesses, ideally in lifestyle, beauty, fashion, jewelry, or women-focused brands.
• Professional English communication skills.

Nice-to-have qualifications:

• Experience with Shopify ecosystems.
• Knowledge of Pinterest SEO and community-driven growth channels.
• Experience with Reddit marketing and brand community engagement.
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with AI search optimization and emerging search technologies.
