In this role you’ll drive our global content and communication strategy, creating innovative campaigns that set new standards in B2B marketing. You’ll design and execute multichannel campaigns to bring our products (focus on Intra Ocular Lenses / IOL's) and solutions to life for ophthalmologists worldwide. Collaborating with internal departments as well as with agencies, you’ll craft compelling stories that inspire our audiences and elevate the ZEISS brand.
You develop B2B communication concepts in close collaboration with Strategic Marketing and other internal stakeholders
You design and manage the development of global multichannel campaigns – with a focus on digital channels – based on customer insights for the target group of ophthalmologists
You brief and supervise external partners, negotiate competitive project bids and manage budget and timelines in close coordination with internal departments
You define communication objectives and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to measure the success of campaigns and marketing activities
Based on KPI analysis, you prepare and present internal reports and derive the necessary measures to optimize performance.
You create global communication materials such as websites, videos, presentations in collaboration with agencies and internal departments
You work closely with internal stakeholders such as Strategic Marketing, Product Management, Professional Education, and the Brand Guideline Team
You manage the approval process for global marketing materials
University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Extensive years of relevant professional experience in marketing within an international B2B environment
Experience working in a highly regulated industry, such as medical technology
Proficiency in using marketing KPI analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, or Mixpanel
Proven experience in developing comprehensive communication strategies tailored to customer needs in a digital context (SEO, SEA, social media, website)
Experience leveraging AI and GenAI tools to enhance content creation, streamline workflows, and boost marketing efficiency
Results-driven working style with strong project management skills and active experience managing complex projects
Analytical structured mindset with strong problem-solving abilities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Used to manage and moderate multiple Stakeholder requirements independently at global scale
A collaborative team player with the ability to communicate and work effectively across different cultures is a must
Proficient in MS Office applications, Canva, or similar design tools
Very good of English, both written and spoken; German language skills are an advantage
