Job Description

Lumiform is a specialized software for businesses with frontline teams to run inspections, audits and checklists at scale across distributed operations. Companies like EDEKA, AmRest (Starbucks, KFC, La Tagliatella), Nordsee, Hermes or even big Testing, Inspection and Certification bodies rely on Lumiform to keep standards consistently high across hundreds of locations and shifts.

We think writing will increasingly be handled by AI. Knowing what to write about will not, and neither will writing something that is actually worth reading. The value moves to the person who can build two kinds of knowledge fast.

First, the topic. What a HACCP verification actually involves in a restaurant chain, why a bakery fails a hygiene audit, what a fleet manager is dealing with when hundreds of vehicles need daily checks across a country. The problems, the standards, the vocabulary, the things that go wrong. Second, the product. What Lumiform actually does, how logic, scoring, offline capture and workflow automation work, and where the product genuinely solves that specific problem versus where it does not. You build both by reading primary sources, watching customer demos and talking to the people in sales and success who hear these problems every day. The content that wins is written where those two meet.

On top of that sits original research. This is our biggest growth bet, and it will be yours to own. Benchmark reports that give this category a reference point it currently does not have, shared with industry bodies and journalists. You come up with the angle, find the data and build something worth citing.

This is a research and expertise role that ends in writing, not a writing role that starts with a prompt. You go deep, get technical, learn faster than seems reasonable, then produce content that reads like a human wrote it.

Tasks

Your core mandate sits on four priorities.

1. Topic ownership and expertise

• Own assigned topic areas and content clusters. Within weeks you are the person in the company who knows the most about your topics.
• Build that knowledge from primary sources, customer demos and conversations with sales and success.
• Know the product properly and be able to adapt it to specific use cases and competitor comparisons.

1. Benchmark reports and original research

• Our biggest growth bet. You come up with the ideas, define the angle and decide what is worth measuring.
• Research internal and external data and build reports at an academic level of rigor that hold up when a journalist or industry body checks them, then work with the marketing managers to get them in front of the right people.

1. Content production

• Write app use pages that show exactly how Lumiform works for a specific industry use case, from HACCP and fire safety to vehicle inspections.
• Write listicles, competitor comparison pages and best-alternative pages that position Lumiform clearly against each competitor and around topics.
• Write customer stories based on real interviews, plus newsletters and other marketing materials.

1. Publishing and maintenance

• Publish and manage content in WordPress, applying SEO and AEO fundamentals.
• Improve existing content on quality, relevance, structure and performance.
• Use actual data from demos and customer calls to turn them into FAQs and on-page answers, so the website handles objections before a prospect asks one of our reps.

Requirements

Required

• 4+ years in content marketing, meaningful time spent in B2B SaaS
• A smart mind with a top university degree
• Native-level English writing. This role produces English content for an international audience and the bar is publication quality.
• Proven independent research. You have found data, worked with primary sources, judged what is reliable and built something original out of it. Bring examples.
• You develop expertise fast. Hand you an unfamiliar regulated topic on Monday and you can hold a credible conversation with a practitioner by Friday
• Technical curiosity. You want to understand how a product actually works and which problems it solves.
• You are able to use AI properly. It accelerates research and drafting, and the output is never final. You revise, restructure and add what the model cannot, which is judgement, a point of view and a reason the piece exists.
• You write clearly, creatively and in an approachable, human way. No filler, no throat-clearing, no AI slop.
• You bring your own ideas. You propose topics and reports rather than waiting for a brief.
• Reliable, diligent and proactive. You take ownership of your work, meet deadlines and pay close attention to accuracy, quality and consistency.

Strongly preferred

• Experience building benchmark reports, surveys or other original research content
• Familiarity with WordPress
• Basic SEO understanding, including keyword research, keyword integration, headings, internal linking and content optimisation
• You have already heard of AEO (answer engine optimization) and understand why it matters. It is our biggest growth engine.
• Experience writing about regulated or technical subjects such as food safety, quality, EHS or logistics
