Requirements
Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with GTM and demand generation goals.
Produce impactful content including blogs, LinkedIn posts, case studies, and playbooks.
Manage LinkedIn content for both brand awareness and founder thought leadership.
Transform long-form content into engaging short-form formats such as posts, carousels, and reels.
Collaborate closely with founders, product, sales, and customer success teams.
Convert genuine customer insights into compelling narratives.
Monitor content performance and optimize strategies to increase leads and engagement.
3–6 years of experience in B2B content marketing.
Background in SaaS, MarTech, CX, or CRM is highly desirable.
Excellent writing, storytelling, and content distribution abilities.
A solid understanding of content-driven growth and marketing funnels.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Experience with WhatsApp marketing or sales automation tools.
Exposure to founder-brand and thought leadership content creation.
Familiarity with SEO and performance-based content strategies.
