Content Marketing Manager

About the Role

We’re seeking a versatile, experienced Content Marketing Manager and writer (with advanced English writing and editing proficiency) who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to craft compelling, business‑driven stories that engage senior decision‑makers.

This mid‑career professional will be responsible for writing and creating strategy‑driven assets that fuel top‑of‑funnel demand generation and support our thought leadership and content initiatives. The role blends storytelling, messaging strategy, and marketing acumen, with a focus on enterprise‑scale audiences.

Our ideal candidate is a storyteller at heart — able to distill complex enterprise and technology narratives into clear, compelling content that influences executive audiences. This role combines strategic content development, brand messaging, and thought‑leadership instincts to build awareness, engagement, and market credibility.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development

  • Create high‑quality, audience‑aligned marketing content — blogs, whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, thought leadership pieces, website copy, and campaign assets.
  • Focus on top‑of‑funnel and thought leadership content that fuels demand generation and brand visibility.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end development of content assets, coordinating with design, localization, and other teams to ensure timely delivery and quality .
  • Contribute ideas that elevate the brand and reinforce its credibility in the enterprise technology space.

Demand Generation Alignment

  • Partner closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align content with buyer journeys and lead‑generation strategies.
  • Develop assets and communications that drive measurable engagement and support pipeline goals and marketing campaigns.

Enterprise Market Expertise

  • Write credibly about enterprise B2B technology, digital transformation, and business outcomes.
  • Understand the nuances of communicating with senior stakeholders in complex organizations.

Public Relations & Thought Leadership

  • Collaborate with marketing and subject matter experts to contribute to thought leadership content and Public Relations, including contributed articles, awards, and storytelling opportunities.
  • Help amplify content through earned, owned, and shared channels.

Messaging & Brand Voice

  • Maintain a clear, consistent tone aligned to brand guidelines and positioning.
  • Elevate messaging around innovation, reliability, and partnership — the pillars of enterprise trust.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.

Experience

  • 5+ years of content marketing or editorial experience, ideally in enterprise B2B technology & SAP System.
  • Proven track record creating top‑of‑funnel and thought leadership content for global audiences.
  • Experience collaborating across marketing and sales teams.

Skills & Competencies

  • Advanced English writing and editing proficiency — demonstrated experience creating high‑quality marketing and thought‑leadership content in English for global audiences.
  • Proven storytelling and messaging instincts that connect technology to business outcomes.
  • Ability to distill complex concepts into accessible, impactful language for senior decision‑makers.
  • Strong familiarity with SEO, inbound marketing, and content performance analytics.
  • Experience collaborating cross‑functionally within fast‑moving, global organizations.
