Job Description

About AURA

Founded in 2017, AURA is a leading global safety and emergency response platform built around one clear goal: to create a world where everyone is always safe.

Our mission is to become the number one global emergency response platform for fast, inclusive, and accessible emergency response. We do this by connecting people to verified private security and medical responders through cutting-edge technology.

AURA is a B2B2C company, helping businesses embed nationwide emergency response into their products, giving their customers instant access to help when they need it most. At the same time, we enable response partners to increase responses, grow their networks, and build sustainable recurring revenue.

Through smart, easy-to-use technology and a trusted responder network, AURA is making emergency response faster, more accessible, and more reliable for everyone.

Your North Star

As the Content Marketing Lead at AURA, you will own AURA’s organic growth engine across website, SEO, email, and social media channels.

You will be responsible for building and executing a content strategy that drives brand awareness, audience engagement, and qualified pipeline generation. This role combines strategic storytelling, demand generation, social media management, SEO, and content operations.

You’ll lead the full content lifecycle — from strategy and planning to creation, distribution, optimisation, reporting, and localisation — ensuring AURA consistently shows up as a trusted authority across all digital touchpoints.

This role is ideal for someone who sees content as more than just marketing collateral. You understand how to create content that performs, how to build scalable systems and workflows, and how to turn complex service and technology offerings into compelling narratives that convert.

You’ll work closely with growth marketing, sales, design, product, and leadership teams to deliver integrated campaigns that support business growth.

  • Sales and growth teams have a steady stream of high-performing content assets.
  • Content systems and workflows enable scalable, efficient, high-quality output.
  • AURA maintains a strong and consistent brand voice across all channels and regions.
  • Support employee advocacy initiatives.
