About Corporate Traveller
Corporate Traveller is a brand within Flight Centre Travel Group’s global corporate division. Flight Centre Travel Group is one of the world’s largest travel companies. We specialise in managed travel for small to mid-sized businesses, helping them take control of their travel spend through smart technology and dedicated personal service. It’s a fast-moving, commercially driven industry where content plays a real role in building trust, driving awareness, and converting prospects into long-term clients. If you want your work to matter — and to see it connect to real business outcomes — corporate travel is a rewarding place to be.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Content Manager & Brand Hub Leader to lead how B2B content is planned, created, and delivered across Corporate Traveller’s global markets. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment — who brings energy, commercial instinct, and a genuine passion for content that drives real business impact.
This is a content leadership and delivery role. You will own the content strategy, lead a small team of experienced content practitioners, and stay hands-on with EMEA content — while ensuring strong, consistent content output across all markets.
You will manage two established Content Managers based in Canada/US and Australia/NZ, both of whom bring strong editorial and execution capability. Your role is to give them clear strategic direction, useful frameworks, and the support they need to do their best work.
As Brand Hub Leader, you will be the central point of alignment for how the Corporate Traveller brand shows up across content globally.
Key Responsibilities
Define and lead the B2B content strategy, aligning brand, audience needs, and commercial priorities across markets.
Own and deliver EMEA content directly — producing high-quality B2B content across web, social, email, thought leadership, and sales enablement.
Lead a small team of experienced Content Managers in Canada/US and Australia/NZ, providing strategic direction, clear expectations, and collaborative support.
Act as the global brand content hub — owning tone of voice, messaging frameworks, editorial standards, and brand consistency across all markets, channels, and content output.
Ensure content effectiveness across the full funnel — from awareness through to conversion — across key channels including web, social, email, and sales enablement.
Set direction and establish standards for content discoverability and optimisation, including SEO, AEO, and LLM-driven search — working in collaboration with our SEO/AEO team.
Manage and brief freelancers, content platforms, and agency partners to support content production and delivery at scale.
Champion AI as a core part of content workflows — leading the usage of tools including Jasper.ai to improve content creation, production efficiency, and quality across the team.
Establish clear content planning and prioritisation processes that help the team work efficiently and consistently across markets.
Partner closely with senior stakeholders to shape content direction, manage priorities, and navigate competing demands.
Use performance data, insight, and stakeholder feedback to continuously refine content approaches and improve outcomes.
Collaborate across a global content team spanning AMER, EMEA, and APAC, supporting alignment and shared learning.
What We're Looking For
Proven B2B content leadership — able to both produce and lead high-quality content across multiple formats and channels, from thought leadership and editorial to sales enablement and web copy.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and align across functions and regions.
Strong understanding of content effectiveness across the full funnel, from awareness through to conversion.
Solid grasp of SEO, AEO, and modern content discovery — and how to apply these in a B2B context.
Experience managing freelancers, content platforms, and agency partners to deliver content at scale.
Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation and workflow — familiarity with platforms such as Jasper.ai is a plus.
Familiarity with content planning, workflow, and governance — with the appetite to build and improve these over time.
Multi-region or international content experience, with an understanding of how to balance central brand consistency with local market needs.
Comfortable operating in global, matrixed environments with competing priorities and stakeholders.

Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) is one of the world’s largest travel companies, employing 15,000 like-minded individuals – known as ‘Flighties’.
Our story dates to 1973, when founder Graham Turner (aka “Skroo") and friend Geoff “Spy” Lomas buy a double-decker bus and take off on their first tour around Spain, Portugal and Morrocco, 3 years later forming the first business, Top Deck. After flight deregulations in the 80s our first retail "Flight Centre" stores opened in Australia in 1982, London in 1984, and NZ in 1987.
1987 was also the year we held our first “Global Gathering” awards event celebrating our amazing people, a tradition that continues to this day.
And in 2025 we launched our very first loyalty program, World360 Rewards! Our Australian customers now able to earn and redeem points across Flight Centre, Travel Associates, and Cruiseabout.
We’re in our 40s now and a lot has changed! With global headquarters in Brisbane, Australia, our company owned leisure and corporate travel businesses span three major regions: APAC, The Americas and EMEA.
Our flagship corporate travel management brand, FCM, extends our reach even further through a network covering over 100 countries via both company-owned operations and independent licensees.
With 30 brands across our global footprint, our team spans from customer-facing to internal support roles. The opportunities just as diverse – from a Travel Consultant at Flight Centre or Envoyage, to a Machine Learning Scientist in one of our tech pillars.
Together, we live and breathe our number one philosophy, Our People, driven by our purpose ‘To open up the world for those who want to see’.
Our values are simple and powerful - Ownership, Egalitarianism and Irreverence.
We support our people with opportunities to help you thrive, connect, give, move and be rewarded. Our people have access to a suite of curated benefits to ensure holistic wellbeing – from mental and physical health to financial freedom.
