Job Summary

This is a high-impact role for a creative and strategic marketer who thrives on ownership. You will be responsible for transforming deep industry expertise into a powerful brand presence for a premier U.S. healthcare executive search firm. We aren't just looking for someone to check boxes on a content calendar; we need a partner who can bridge the gap between leadership’s ideas and market-ready content. Your work will directly drive outbound engagement, optimize marketing channels, and establish the team as the go-to thought leaders in the senior care and post-acute leadership space.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media and LinkedIn strategy for the firm and its executive leadership.
• Write high-conversion copy for email campaigns, newsletters, and social media posts tailored to U.S. business audiences.
• Create visually compelling graphics and marketing materials using Canva to maintain a polished, professional brand identity.
• Turn internal data, industry conversations, and leadership insights into high-value assets like salary guides, case studies, and candidate marketing materials.
• Build and manage content calendars and publishing schedules to ensure a consistent market presence.
• Optimize outbound marketing channels (Email, LinkedIn) to generate leads and support business growth.
• Build systems to capture and repurpose industry knowledge into evergreen marketing content.
• Evaluate campaign performance and recommend strategic priorities based on business impact and ROI.

Requirements

• Extensive, recent experience working with U.S.-based companies and a deep understanding of American business culture and communication nuances.
• Full professional fluency in English (both spoken and written) with exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Proven track record in B2B marketing, specifically within professional services or relationship-driven industries.
• Proficiency in visual content creation using Canva and experience managing professional social media accounts (specifically LinkedIn).
• Strategic mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects from ideation to execution.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the curiosity to learn a complex niche industry.
• Based in Brazil with a dependable home-office setup and high-speed internet.
• Ability to work a strict 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST schedule to align with the U.S. team.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience working within the recruiting, executive search, or staffing industry.
• Familiarity with healthcare, Senior Living, or Skilled Nursing sectors.
• Technical proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, and email automation tools like Mailchimp.
• Experience developing executive thought leadership and personal branding for C-suite leaders.
• Data-driven approach with experience using marketing analytics to refine strategy.
