Job Description

eCom Content Manager

The Content Manager (Website) manages and publishes content at Miele’s webshops of our premium home appliances. We service several departments with bringing their content to live onsite, such as Marketing, Brand, Sustainability, Legal, HR, etc. The Content Manager is the gatekeeper of the seamless and engaging customer journeys before publishing the content through CMS.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing website content through the CMS (executing the commercial calendar on promotions and product launches).
  • Building landing pages onsite and making them available for all markets.
  • Support technical content migrations, feature and tool implementations, safeguarding the CMS user experience and scalability.
  • Collaborate within cross-functional teams closely with marketing, UX and frontend development to ensure technical alignment, best-in-class-performance, and a consistent customer journey.
  • Supporting the onsite SEO best practices to improve our search ranking (link structure, redirects, etc).
  • Constantly discover new customer needs and identify business opportunities by continuous research.
  • Improve internal workflows and processes related to the roadmap and backlog.
  • Improving onsite experience by identifying new component blocks (alignment with UX and DevOps).

Requirements:

  • Ideally university degree in Communication or a similar experience within a related field.
  • Foundational experience working for a premium brand in consumer or FMCG industry, market and (premium) consumer behavior knowledge.
  • Strong communication and organization skills with a hands-on, problem-solving attitude and experienced in agile ways of working as well as being an assertive team-player with project management skills, an international mindset, and fluent in business English (business level).
  • Experienced in Content Management Systems and related workflows.
  • Technical knowledge of CMS (ContentStack experience is a nice to have), Analytics, MS Office, HTML.
