We are a fast-growing, flat-fee retirement planning firm serving analytical retirees. With nearly 60 million YouTube views and well over one million podcast downloads, content is the primary driver of our growth.
Our founder is the creative engine behind our content, bringing years of experience, a deep understanding of his audience, and a clear point of view on what matters. This role is about translating his vision into consistent, high-quality output across platforms. We don’t need a strategist to tell us what to do; we need a high-output operator to take ownership of our production and distribution. We want to significantly increase our output and reach, and we need the right person to lead the charge.
The Role
This is not a typical “social media manager” position. You aren’t just “helping with posts”—you are the engine room. You will take raw video files from our founder and transform them into fully produced, distributed, and optimized assets across multiple platforms and two separate channels.
Success in this role requires ownership, strong judgment, and the ability to maintain momentum without day-to-day direction. You will be expected to learn the founder’s style, voice, and intent, and ensure all published content reflects the firm’s brand and objectives.

This role is designed to evolve as the content engine scales. Over time, responsibilities will expand and may include leading a team of freelancers, taking over new distribution channels, and helping shape the future of our content system.

Candidates selected to move forward in the process will be asked to provide links to video content work samples you’ve edited or managed as well as a short explanation of how you would turn one 15-minute video into 10+ separate pieces of content.
This position includes an introductory period to evaluate mutual fit, performance expectations, and overall alignment. Employment remains at-will and may be terminated at any time, with or without cause or notice, in accordance with applicable state laws.
