Your team:

The Visual & Content team manages the creative activities across the entire Business Unit, producing visual and communication content that supports marketing strategy and brand identity.

Your role:

We are looking for a proactive and motivated person, eager to learn and challenge themselves, to join us as a Trainee in Lottery and Gaming Content Management. In this role, you will support content creation and management activities across digital platforms and retail pos, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic environment and developing your skills in both B2B and B2C content and CMS management.

What you’ll do:

  • Join the Flutter SEA Visual Design and Content Management Team and support content creation and publishing activities on digital platforms.

  • Support the creation of B2B and B2C content, learning how to tailor messaging to different audiences while managing and updating digital content using a Content Management System (CMS) in a dynamic omnichannel environment.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders such Marketing, Product, UX/UI, Analytics, and SEO teams to shape B2B and B2C content, while working closely with the internal Visual Team to ensure cohesive design and content integration.

  • Contribute to content quality control and publishing workflows, ensuring consistency across touchpoints.

  • Participate in internal meetings and training to develop your knowledge of digital communication and content strategy.

What you’ll bring:

  • A University degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Marketing, Media Studies, Languages, Humanities or similar.

  • Curiosity for digital content, writing, storytelling and creativity.

  • Positive and proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

  • Strong attention to detail combined with creativity and a proactive mindset
