Job Description

Divison: People & Organisation

Team External Communications

Euroclear is searching for a dynamic, forward-thinking Content and Leadership Communications Specialist to join our external communications team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine enthusiasm for corporate storytelling, a solid grasp of social media and digital platforms, and a proven history of producing impactful content and managing communities in a BtoB setting.

As Content and Leadership Communications Specialist, you will actively contribute to building our narrative, supporting senior management and company ambassadors in crafting engaging, consistent content that elevates Euroclear’s brand presence and thought leadership. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in developing our share of voice and enhancing engagement across various platforms, leveraging technology evolutions and AI capabilities. You will champion brand consistency throughout the Euroclear Group, implementing brand guidelines, monitoring brand usage, and providing expert guidance to ensure adherence.

Collaboration with colleagues from the external communication, social media and marketing teams will be central to your role in strengthening Euroclear’s reputation.

Responsibilities

  • Create, edit and publish high-quality content (copy, concepts, storylines and basic content briefs), ensuring strong storytelling and accuracy in a BtoB environment.
  • Support executive profiling. Develop and manage a structured approach for senior leadership content and thought-leadership, particularly on LinkedIn, including content planning, drafting, review coordination and publishing support.
  • In close collaboration with the Group Social Media Manager, contribute to Euroclear’s social media presence (with focus on LinkedIn), and editorial planning, translating business priorities into clear themes and an integrated content calendar.
  • Design, launch and animate a social media ambassadorship programme (including employer brand), developing guidance and toolkits, onboarding ambassadors, activating the community and sustaining engagement—aligned with brand and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate closely with the media team and other communications colleagues to repurpose, amplify and sequence content across channels, and support broader corporate content.
  • Set up and maintain a robust reporting framework: define objectives and KPIs in partnership with stakeholders, track performance, analyse results, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor the external environment and social media trends, as well as community insights, to continuously improve content formats, engagement and advocacy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in content roles, preferably in a corporate context; experience in the financial sector (or another highly regulated industry) is a strong plus.
  • Native English writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear and compelling content.
  • Strong knowledge of social media best practices (editorial planning, formats, distribution, audience development) and experience supporting executive/senior leader communications.
  • Hands-on familiarity with LinkedIn as a communications platform (e.g., content publishing, engagement monitoring, basic analytics, executive and corporate pages).
  • Familiarity with using AI tools to support content creation, editing, research or reporting, with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, judgment, and human-focused storytelling. Good understanding of Generative Engine Optimisation practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and run a social/employee advocacy or ambassador programme (or equivalent community activation initiative).
  • Strong analytical skills and proven experience building reporting dashboards/frameworks and using insights to optimise performance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the confidence and diplomacy to work with senior leadership and navigate approvals.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects in parallel and deliver consistently under deadline.
  • Strong awareness of brand governance and compliance requirements; rigorous attention to detail.
