This is more than a content role — it is a strategically critical opportunity to shape the next evolution of Sanofi's commercial model for rare diseases across Central and South Europe.

As Content Lead xRare CSE MCO, you will serve as the orchestrator of content strategy across the entire rare franchise portfolio — the bridge between global and local content creation as well as local market execution. You will ensure that each country receives the right content, through the right channels, at the right time, tailored to their unique product portfolio and market priorities. Every piece of content you orchestrate helps healthcare professionals better understand and treat rare diseases, directly contributing to improved outcomes for patients and families.

Main Responsibilities

Aim Higher — Drive Content Excellence & Strategic Impact

  • Design and implement a comprehensive content localization and deployment framework for all CSE MCO Rare activities
  • Design and implement a comprehensive content localization and deployment framework across all CSE MCO markets, ensuring alignment with franchise strategic priorities and local market needs
  • Manage the complex matrix of content requirements across countries with varying product portfolios, developing clear prioritization criteria and transparent allocation processes that balance franchise objectives with local market realities
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track content utilization, engagement metrics, and effectiveness across markets; use data-driven insights to continuously optimize content strategy and resource allocation
  • Manage the content localization budget efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across markets and therapeutic areas based on strategic priorities and ROI potential
  • Set ambitious goals for content excellence and digital engagement, continuously stretching to improve and simplify

Act for Patients — Put Patient Impact at the Center

  • Ensure every piece of content orchestrated helps healthcare professionals better understand and treat rare diseases — directly contributing to improved outcomes for patients and families
  • Partner closely with Medical and Regulatory teams to ensure all content meets compliance requirements while maintaining speed-to-market
  • Establish content governance standards to ensure brand consistency, scientific accuracy, and regulatory compliance across all localized materials and channels
  • Guide every decision by patient impact, ensuring content serves the ultimate goal of transforming lives

Be Bold — Lead Digital Transformation & Innovation

  • Optimize content distribution across digital and traditional channels, working closely with digital teams to maximize the impact of both sales force-led and HQ-led digital interactions
  • Identify and pilot innovative content formats, digital engagement strategies, and AI-enabled solutions
  • Facilitate best practice sharing across countries to accelerate learning and adoption
  • Embrace innovation and challenge the status quo in pharmaceutical marketing content strategy
  • Collaborate with Digital teams on platform optimization and new capability deployment
  • Leverage cutting-edge tools and technologies to be at the forefront of digital transformation

Lead Together — Collaborate, Align & Enable Success

  • Partner closely with Rare Franchise Head CSE MCO, Brand & Content Lead Neurology/Nephrology, Brand & Content Lead Hematology to effectively implement the content plan for all CSE MCO Rare activities
  • Oversee the end-to-end content localization process, coordinating between headquarters content creation teams and local country stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality adaptation of materials
  • Establish and lead regular content planning forums with country teams, Brand & Content Leads, and digital teams to ensure transparency, manage expectations, and drive consensus on content priorities
  • Build strong relationships with functional partners including Digital & Multi-Channel Teams, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, and Global/Regional Marketing Teams
  • Succeed through collaboration, transparency, and mutual support across the matrix organization
  • Work across diverse markets in Central and South Europe, building a rich network and gaining invaluable multi-cultural experience

About you

Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Communications, or related field; Advanced degree (MBA, MSc) would be an asset

Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial operations, marketing, or multi-channel orchestration, with a proven track record in content strategy and digital marketing

Market Knowledge: Experience working across multiple markets in an MCO, regional, or global role; appreciation for cultural nuances across Central and South European markets

Digital Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of digital channels, content formats, and engagement strategies in pharmaceutical marketing; passion for leveraging technology to enhance customer experience

Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture while managing complex operational details; skilled at developing frameworks that balance competing priorities across markets

Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously; comfortable making decisions in ambiguous situations

Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build trust and alignment across diverse stakeholders; effective at influencing without direct authority in matrix organizations

Analytical Acumen: Comfort with data analysis and ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations; commitment to measuring impact and continuously optimizing performance

Agility & Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments; embraces change and helps others navigate transformation

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional European languages a plus); collaborative mindset with commitment to transparency and knowledge sharing

The salary range for this position is :zł182 400,00 - zł243 200

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
