About the Role

Join us as a Content Engineer, where you'll enable the consistent delivery of high-quality content across Super Retail Group’s brands and platforms through structured content, taxonomy, schema, and product data.
In this newly created position, you'll play a key role in ensuring our content is discoverable, reusable, AI-ready, and optimised for search, personalisation, and emerging customer experiences.

This role offers the flexibility to be based in Brisbane (Strathpine, preferred location) or Sydney (Rhodes), with a hybrid work model.
About You
We’re looking for a data engineering professional with demonstrated experience building and optimising data-driven solutions across content, ecommerce, or MarTech environments. You have strong expertise in designing and managing data pipelines, including ETL/ELT processes, APIs, feeds, and complex system integrations that enable reliable data flow across platforms.
You bring hands-on experience working with ecommerce ecosystems and content technologies such as PIM, CMS, or similar commerce and content management platforms. You are passionate about data quality and have a proven track record of designing and implementing data validation frameworks, leveraging both automated controls and human-in-the-loop quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and trust in data.
A natural problem solver, you thrive in fast-paced environments where you can combine technical expertise with a continuous improvement mindset to deliver scalable, high-quality data solutions.
